After Download and installation open Folder Marker Software

Now Click on the same spot in red circle and select the folder you want to change..

After Selection

Click on Add button and the window open same as this pic

Now Select any type of icon and Click on OK and then Apply.

and you can also change the color of folder in Colors menu.
